Steven Burk

Steven Burk Steven is happy to be a part of Chatterbox Theater. He also likes muffins and books about war. He has been involved in the local theatre scene for the last several years, most recently in Catch Me if You Can at Germantown Community Theatre. Other Germantown Community Theatre acting credits include Pack of Lies, The Glass Menagerie, Ladies of the Camillias, Dearly Departed, and The Unexpected Guest. He received an Ostrander Award for Best Supporting Actor in The Conversion of Buster Drumwright, also at GCT. He has acted at other venues, including The Laramie Project at Circuit Playhouse, and Fit to Be Tied and Lost in Yonkers at Theatre Memphis. He was the recipient of the Larry Riley Award at the 2000 Memphis Theatre Awards. He can be seen next in Killing Louise at Theatreworks, which opens October 5th. In Steven's spare time, he enjoys both cock and dog fighting, and also making fun of children with physical handicaps.
