Gene Elliott

Gene Elliott has appeared onstage at several theatres in Memphis. For New Moon Theatre he has appeared as J.D. in The Rainmaker, in King Lear he played Cornwall, for which he won an Ostrander Award in Sound Design, and Trip to Bountiful. He enjoyed performing in Six Degrees of Separation at Theatre Memphis and at BPAC he appeared in Plaza Suite. He has also directed many productions for New Moon including Orpheus Descending, Bug, ‘Night Mother, Some Things you Need to Know Before the World Ends, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, and The Maids. When not performing he can be found at Calming Influence Massage and Bodywork Salon in Midtown. He has been the business owner since 2007.
